When I first got the email about being eligible for a unique upgrade on my current lease, I was a little hesitant to do it but decided to send an email with my questions. Carmen Jensen replied to me immediately and put my mind at ease about seriously considering doing the trade. She was also very helpful in my checking out the insurance cost by emailing a VIN to my agent so they could accurately quote it. When my Husband and I decided to do the trade, she told us to talk to Ryan Flynn. He was a pleasure to work with being very helpful and advising us of our options. We ended up choosing a 2015 Ford Edge which we are so happy with it! I also want to mention Patrick Fischer, our finance man. He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with as well.
