Friendly staff who were very helpful when my youngest daughter fell over (she said that her elder sister pushed her!) The food is good and the amenities are very nice. If you want to walk round the lakes it s recommended to wear waterproof boots as it can be quite muddy. If you can get a room with a view of the lake it s definitely worth it!
