customer service is what kills the company. Front Desk is very unattentive and over the phone is worse. Hung up on me three times before I could get her to pick up the phone, sigh and reluctantly send me to management to have them call back. Which is another thing. I simply wanted to ask about my warrenty specifications and I have yet to hear a peep back from anyone else.

Sales management and Finance is typical of any dealership experience. Quick to have you sign unless you press them about reading all paperwork beforehand which at least they give you the courtesy to do that. Not exactly terrible service, but nothing to write home about. The one EXCELLENT thing I can say about it is that they do fight to get you approved, but it's still best to come with a good credit score. I can only imagine the deals they can offer you then. But still for requesting low down payments with an average credit score, they really work to get you in the car. BUT be advised that unfortunately depending on your credit and down payment you can expect a high interest rate.
