Yves was extremely friendly and professional. I informed him that this was the first house I ve ever purchased and he made sure to fully explain things to me, and made sure that I understood what he was showing me. He gave me a detailed report on his computer, and then took me through the house and showed me things that could done to improve the value. He did not rush and he showed that he cares about his job. Definitely 5 stars for Yves and cottage to castle home inspection!
