THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! DO NOT- I REPEAT DO NOT RENT HERE. The Graham Companies asked for almost 2 month security deposit (because I was a student) and then took half of it. They raised our rents during COVID making us move, and then claimed the floors, and stovetops were scratched and that they had to replace the whole thing. Not trying to bore google with details but if you have any questions email me (ernesto.avila002@gmail.com). I'm happy to answer any of them as a past resident but trust me you DO NOT WANT TO LIVE HERE.
