I have been with Shannon motors for about a year now. My first experience with them and the car I had was a 2003 dodge stratus it was a great experience every one helped me get into my first car which was amazing and I couldn't have asked for anything better. I recently got into an accident and I needed a new car they helped me get into a 2013 Nissan Altima which is beautiful but already i had to repair a couple things on the car. To my main focus of this review is the receptionist I used to go every other week to pay my payments never really had a problem until today 12-18-15 I paid my registration on the car and they gave me a check of the remaining amount but for two days I have been trying to cash it but seems to be a spelling issue which I do not understand. I am a receptionist the main focus of the customer is their NAME! Getting it wrong once is a mistake but getting it wrong twice is not except-able and having to be late for work because you try and talk with a boss or someone about the problem you are having and no one seems to care at all. All I wanted was to tell the boss the problem in private not the whole staff or other customers in the building because I respect the business. It is also not okay knowing when you call the receptionist department they are rolling their eyes and making hand suggester trying to get off the phone with you but you wouldn't know that. Thank you for reading this and I did not want to bring it to a review but I feel as this is the only way I was able to tell my problem. I hope this helps anyone buying a car from here and I hope you realize someone else can take better care of you at a better dealership.
