Great place and people!

I m new to the whole gym-thing and everyone is very friendly and helpful. Rich has been working with me to tailor a plan around my past injuries and is very understanding. I m looking forward to seeing the results!

The lounge is a great place to hang out and get some work done too, so I ll definitely be making the most of that.
