Best natural hair salon experience I've ever had. My 14 year old daughter, who has fear of curling irons, also had nothing but praises for how comfortable she was with her hairdresser because she could not feel any burning during the process unlike with other places we have visited. My only concern was that she was abandoned by her hairdresser half way through the process when the gentleman told her he would "be right back" and took more than an hour before returning. My daughter only got another hairdresser when I asked about it. Management should be more hands on to avoid a great salon's reputation brought down by an uncaring staff member.
