I live in Tubac and had to put up with less than 3Mbs with CenturyLink, so I was excited to find out Sprocket could get a line of sight to their tower on Elephant Head. My excitement quickly turned to disappointment and anger. There are frequent interruptions every day. I'm regretting my decision. CenturyLink was slow but reasonably reliable.

Sprocket needs to fix the problems. If they don't know how to fix them, they need to find someone who does.

Update. Over the last two months the service has been good, but I do get freezes which require reconnecting.
