This company is terrible. Either Samsung don t pay them right or employees have issues at home which they bring them to work. These are bunch WUSS that Samsung hired to do fix things. I wish I would ve seen other ppls review b4 I bought Samsung product. Never again Samsung just because of who they have contract with to fix things. Came to fix washer, first it needs to be un stacked , then it needs to be more room to work with, then he needs air conditioning room, then he needs chair to sit down, then he needs fan, then he needs to be fed, then someone need me to sing lullabies, on and on and on... then he doesn t have the parts and I told him to wait and see what Samsung say .. this fool just left without letting us know.
