What a shame, was sat for a hour before going back...

What a shame, was sat for a hour before going back to reception to ask why the wait? Was then told that the dentist had moved onto another patient as they wasn't sure we were here? When checking in they took appointment card, name address etc, but didn't know we were here? She then implied that we didn't check in properly? Joke, reception needs training in booking people in properly, like i said, shame because the dentist himself is superb, a really knowegable guy with excellent bedside manor, so in summary, great dental guy, absolutely discusting reception service
