I went to pick up a key for one of my brothers friends and was confused about where to get the key from seeing as there was no front office in the building I was told to go to. I went to the property management office and was talked to very rudely and laughed at by an older woman at the desk. I was only asking where to get this key from and told them that the building manager was expecting me. After being rude and laughing at me and asking unnecessary questions she finally told me that the building manager should be at the apartment complex and that he had the keys. With what I told them, this could have and should have been the very first sentence out of her mouth and there would have been no issue. Very rude service and I m glad I am not the one renting from this management.
