I started at Sesi Motors Dealership in Ann Arbor because it was the closest one to my home. I spoke to a sales person on the phone but needed to take a look at the car I was inquiry about. I showed up a week later to look at the Volvo XC 90 and went to the salesman I spoke to earlier. He was surprised to see me show up and did not remember talking to me after I introduced myself. It was a very awkward first impression. I did most of the leg work asking questions about the car and then asking if I can see it and then asking if I can get my car appraised. Again very uncomfortable because I was not getting my questions answered nor did I feel like he was taking care of me. I even felt as though he did not care if I bought a car at all. I left the dealership with absolute certainty I would not purchase a car through them.

When I found Lafontaine in Farmington Hills the salesman was excellent and professional. He gave me more information which help answer all my questions; even the ones I didn't ask. There was water bottle there for my son who was thirsty and everything looked clean and professional. My husband and I spent over two hours at the dealership; we both test drove the XC 90. It turned out we special ordered the vehicle because it was too good to turn down.

The Volvo XC 90 sells itself; lets be honest. The car is top notch! However, the sales person will make all the difference of where the consumer will purchase their car from. I would not recommend Sesi Motors in Ann Arbor whatsoever to anyone because the salesman didn't take me seriously!
