This is the 3rd time in a year Iv ordered with them but they have let them selfs down year again!

The wait times are ridiculous! They have been late on all three occasions this time being 2 hours for a chow main and some ribs so not a huge amount and yet again the food was cold! And all you get is sorry sorry as they rush you off the phone!
