We stayed at the Roberts Riverwalk Urban Resort Ho...

We stayed at the Roberts Riverwalk Urban Resort Hotel for one night and had some issues:

- The room wasn't ready at check in time (3pm). Even though we got there at 5pm, the room was still not ready so we still had to wait untill like 6pm, late checkout was out of the question. - - The room we received was cold.
- We couldn't turn up the heat. There was a sign stating:
"HOTEL GUEST
DUE TO COLD WEATHER CONDITIONS PLEASE DO NOT TURN YOUR THERMOSTAT ABOVE 74 DEGREES
DOING SO COULD CUT-OFF THE HEAT IN YOUR ROOM
THANK YOU!"
- The windows were drafty (or the cold air was coming from somewhere else).
- We slept in the cold only because we needed to be downtown the next morning.
- We didn't have hot water, just a little warmer than lukewarm.
