Yum Italian food with an authentic taste. Go for lunch
Got kicked out because we only wanted to order dessert. Owner was very rude.
Amazing food with an amazing view. I can t wait to come back!
Congratulations ! I recommend the pizza is very good! The owner and staff are very welcoming!
Over priced and mediocre food. View of the city was nice
We were visiting some clients near by Hoboken, NJ and they recommended Blue Eyes Restaurant! A great place, great staff, great food and best of all, a great view of NYC! We will definitely be stopping here again
It's an all right place. It is mainly for tourists.
Wasnt to crazy about what I ordered which was Eggplant , no mixed drinks at all there , but the view was amazing and the staff very nice. I'm sure they have good food I just wasnt into mine. Had a wonderful time celebrating my friends birthday and would recommend others to go just drink alot of sangria..if u love wine than u will enjoy it..
although the setting is fantastic the quality of the food for the price is terrible you can walk one block to Washington street and find much better!
Little Big Italy! I saw you on TV, it was a real pleasure to see REAL Italian Cuisine in New Jersey, as true Italian doc. If one day I will be there I will come and find and taste your dishes.
Food was good, views were great, but the lack of ventilation in the outdoor tent was brutal. Need to go back on a cooler night and reevaluate.
Stunning view place, Excellent staff, I ate a real Neapolitan pizza!
Best Italian food and best pizza my favorite place in Hoboken
Best service in Hoboken!! We we will be back every year!
I went with my family to the restaurant I found two young Mexicans behaved like all excellent hosts, their dedication to serving and pleasing diners is unmatched and they did not want to accept individual tips.
The service is excellent atmosphere very nice. Food good can use little more portions.
Will go afain
Decided to return to for a drink had a good time my waiter Jason was good. But pay my bill was making my way out and one of the Exit a waiter was disrespectful Slamming there door and speaking in Italian .when I was exiting out a door which did not know was not a exit door there was no note or sign posted on the door try to speak to a manager and wait staff said he was not There lied and had me me speak to a other waiter. I was very unhappy with being lied to which I know the manager was there he was the one who sat my husband and I . Very disrespected to be lied to my husband and I are Owner of a business base in Hoboken was very. Disappointed To be treated that way by a fellow business owner so sad will not be back
Very nice place by the sea in New Jersey, where you can enjoy Italian food !!!
Great restaurant, excellent service, superb location right on the waterfront in Hoboken. We will be back!
The pictures are misleading. It's a tiny spot adjacent to the public park bathrooms that have ballpark type metal chairs for seating. My husband's gnocchi was good so it's the only reason I'm giving any stars (granted it was just in a butter sauce with prosciutto). Our clams casino app was tiny and had no flavor. My homemade tagliolini pasta was so under cooked it still had almost a crunch to it. It also was not served in the sauce described on the menu. Two of the other couples who ordered pasta around us also made comments about how bland and mediocre their meals were. Maybe the pizza is better, but our meal was bad enough we will not be going back.
Great food ,great service very friendly and professional
Would have given this place 5 stars if the service was better. I came here with my husband for a dinner date only to leave feeling disappointed. The waiter was very stern and I felt rushed by his service. He was not very friendly with us and I felt that he was being rude. Perhaps he was just having a bad day and it reflected on his service. Regardless I did not feel welcomed at this restaurant and I felt uncomfortable. The pizzas here are delicious though. We ordered the margherita and the 4 formaggio (I think that s what it s called). I would totally come back here if they offer takeout but I wouldn t dine in because of the lack of service.
Top!!! All very good and unparalleled environment. Thanks to Gerry and all the guys for the hospitality
Nice place to have a drink /grab something to eat with a view. Great food!
Great location, yummy food, okay $$, but not quick service. Dog friendly!
Wonderful place to authentic Italian. Broccoli rabe was exquisite.
All my experience about this place can be summarized in one word, embarrassing. Yes, we were embarrassed not once, but twice there. On father's day, we took my parents and our 5 month old daughter there. They told us we can't take the stroller inside. It was 12pm and they just opened the door, We were probably their first guest that day but clearly they don't welcome us as guest. We left right away before our day was ruined.
3 month later we decided to give it another try when our good friends are visiting. We've been to all other restaurants by the river and we want to give our friends a good view. The chairs are quite dirty ...as my first observation walking in. The food...oh the food. My friend ordered a salad, the first time she's got a worm in it. They replaced it but guess what , the second plate has a long women hair in it. I felt so bad for them coming long way to visit us. It's just embarrassing. I should've weighed in other's reviews. There must be a reason of people asking why this place is still around. I suggest don't try to figure it out yourself.
Amazing restaurant, great food, fast service, such exquisite cuisine was served at this amazing facility. Truly amazing food!
Food genuinely Italian as was the experience. The owners and most of the workers are Italian! The service was great and the view beautiful and ambiance charming. The only part I would improve on is the bathroom.....only one bathroom stall for all the guests.
We we're seated outside facing the water. Location is easy to find, food was fresh and quick to arrive. Pizza and chicken parm were excellent, Tiramisu however wasn't the best, lacked flavor and seemed old.
True authentic italian food - the whole staff is from Italy - Fabrizzio was our waiter and was awesome - our new fav restaurant in the Hoboken/ jersey city area
The owner was really nice and friendly food was great
Fantastic location with wonderful view of the City. Good food; great service; fantastic maitre d.
Nice pasta and amazing dessert pizza. I wasn't a fan of the fried calamari.
The restaurant is beside the Hudson River and the view of Manhattan is beautiful. There aren't many options for vegetarians. The pasta was pretty good.
The best Italian restaurant I have been in the last years. The stuff is amazing.
Great place to eat authentic Italian food. Location is the top notch!
Love the pizza, they make it just the way I like it!! I ll def come I back!
The service was great too!
Nice view on Manhattan skyline, Ok food... seems a bit overpriced though... The biggest is issue we had is the bathroom... single cabin for all... people had to stay in line to get in... I tried my luck several times to no avail...
It was OK at best. The wait staff is severely under trained. They have zero etiquette. The food was meh and expensive. Good views, but there are plenty of other better restaurants in hoboken with views.
Cesar salad was excellent.
Chicken parm was pretty good.
The gelato was fabulous and at $6 a real value.
Great view of the Hudson and the NYC skyline.
The exterior of the building was awkward and I walked around the place before I found the entrance. Interestingly it was Frank Sinatra's birthday today.
Good pizza, prices a bit high with very kind staff.
Place was nice, close to the water with amazing views, would recommend
Blue Eyes is great. Been here multiple times. Love the view they have and the food is as great. Order the pizza or pasta.
Loved it !! Staff was super friendly !! Tried a couple of items: smoked mozz & porcini & sausage pizza, seared pork chop, eggplant parm, each dish was DELICIOUS!! The pie crust was extremely tasty, the pork chop cut like butter and the eggplant was one of the best I've ever had !! House wine carafe was $20 (about 3.5 generous glasses) and food prices were very reasonable. If you are in the area and want a nicer, better quality meal with a beautiful view come here !!
Location, opposite midtown on the Hudson. What's not to like. Pro service all the way. Good food.
Absolutely love this place and people s who working there.
Decent food, good service, the view and atmosphere are decent too. I liked the place, but I think the food is a bit overpriced.
Love the staff, the food and the view. Have gone to blue eyes on Multiple occasions and I have yet to see anything wrong. In terms of price.... It is a bit pricey but its worth checking out.
This place it has a great view for NYC, tasty food and the waitress service works very well! For sure I will came back.
Food was good, not great but the view was spectacular. And our dog sat with us on their patio which made it perfect. If you live in Hoboken just ok but if you are visiting a must especially if you are looking for a relaxing meal outside with fantastic views of NYC!
Good Food Good Service Nice Place Good Views. Try it U Will Like it.
Food is very good. Service was poor though. Just not enough staff and parking is a headache !!
Limited menu and a bit pricey but the view of NYC from here is great.
It's pretty good. Good place to hang out with friends.
This place is not good, customer service bad they told us to wait around 15-25 minutes and we waited for around an hour and 30 minutes. There are not a lot of drinks just apple juice coke and coffe. The only good part is the food which is why I gave a 2 star but the rest is not good.
I personally liked the dish that I received, which was salmon in horseradish sauce. I went in a group, though, and there were some complaints about bland food among half of us. There was a bit of a problem with the bill, and the manager stood by as the waiter obviously struggled to fix what had gone wrong. It worked out in the end, but I've never seen management not jump in to help when help was obviously needed (this all took more than a half hour after we were prepared to leave the restaurant). Maybe just a tough night.
Went here as an anniversary dinner. The waitstaff was very attentive and friendly. We did see other tables speaking down to the staff which was not a good feeling. We ordered Margarita pizza, penne vodka, ceasar salad, and two different house wines. Finished everything on all the plates. A lot of fish options.
It was a lovely and romantic valentine s dinner for me and my girlfriend
We had our sales meeting dinner at Blue Eyes on Wednesday night. We went for the view but we throughly enjoyed the food, the wine and the view. We had 20 sales reps in our group. These reps travel the country and eat out a lot but to a man they were impressed with the Italian food here. Two stand outs were the grilled whole red snapper and the pizza which was one of the best the man who ordered it said that he ever had. The general manager Fabrizio was very attentive as was his entire staff.
It was a great night. The sales reps kept thanking me for choosing the Blue Eye restaurant. We will do this again!!!
