The kind young woman at the check out counter was awesome! Katlyn. I was in the lobby and breakfast room all morning and not once was she not smiling and greeting guests. I watched her deal with some difficult and upset guests with ease and a great demeanor, something I certainly wouldn't have been able to do. But she made sure everyone left happy and with smiles on their faces. She had a great attitude about everything and made me laugh, something I really needed during this trip, for reasons unrelatied to the hotel. I can not tell you enough how much of a pleasant, hard working, caring attitude Katlyn had. She loves her job and it shows!
