Let me start by saying, THANK YOU to Joe (Owner), AJAY (Sales Rep), and Paul (I don t know what his title is, but he is awesome)! I cannot even begin to explain how grateful my wife and I are for Gateway Chevrolet. This is not your typical car buying experience. If you are looking for the highest level of customer service in the industry, then stop wasting your time anywhere else. Tell them what you want, they will find it, and they will get you into it. PERIOD. The individuals that work at this dealership clearly care about the job that they do, and value their customers. No BS sales tactics. You come in and tell them the kind of car you need, and realistically what you can afford and they will find a way to make it all work for you. I dare you to go out there and see if they can t get you into the vehicle that you want. Having just gotten married, switched careers, and definitely being in the worst spot financially to try and buy a car, the collective experience, knowledge, and most importantly perseverance that existed among everyone that helped us out got the job done. We drove off in a brand new car and left the woes of our old problem truck in the past.
