Service department review: I did not purchase my vehicle at Sill-Terhar but I've had to take my car into the Ford service department a couple time the last 6 months for different issues. I have experienced great customer service each time! I have a 7 month old baby and Mitch (the Service department manager) has been extremely attentive and courteous. Each time he has been very friendly and ensured my repair would be done quickly. Each team member I have dealt with is nice enough but I'd have to say Mitch is by far the best!
