I worked for Jan Smith and my experience was horrible. She yelled at me all day long. She eventually brought me to tears and showed remorse that day. She told me she was trying to get off of pain pills and thanked me for understanding. It was short lived. My next shift things went back to her yelling at me all day. She runs a leadership academy which I find to be a total joke since she can't even lead without yelling and trying to make people feel stupid.
