A birthday and suprise proposal for my girlfriend for $650 at a "4 star" hotel that turned out being moved from a dirty room to a slightly less dirty, outdated room with no help and then no working outlets in the bathroom...terrible customer service(the 1st lady was apologetic and very nice) 2and manager should not be representing the hotel if you care about customers. While there, I personally witnessed 4 other customers complaining and left the hotel for completely unsatisfactory rooms that are supposed to be luxurious suites! An embarrassment to the brand and price. False advertising!!!! Not complainers and sad we have to even do this. I had high Hope's for a wonderful experience for my soon to be wife and instead we got 1 star accommodations a 4 star price...
