The Triage4Pediatrics booth was both interesting and inviting as I strolled by the buffet line. Interesting because I noticed all 4 associates were females, which I stronly support female run businesses, and inviting because their free pens were by far the highest quality of the entire conference. I apporached the booth too compliment the team on their free pen quality, and something quite unexpected occurred. The owner of the company, Julie Ortiz approached me with the absolute most inviting and charming disposition I had received from any attending company. Her southern charm mixed with her natural feistiness enveloped me. I immediately called upon my associate, who owns several offices in Miami, to listen to Julie s pitch. Over the following 30 minutes, nothing but the moat excellent and impressionable sales pitch I ve ever heard occurred. Julie was able to engage all of us, calm our inhibitions, clearly respond to questions and concerns, but above all, leave us with the most distinct understanding and impression of southern charm. I would wholly recommend Julie s services, not because I am aware of them or use them, but because I have seen and understood the essence of her company and what she is about based solely on my conversation with her. Great Business owners align themselves with Great Service providers. Julie stands, in my estimation, as the epitome of a great service provider.
