The worst hotel I ever stayed in! First night the air didn't work in room so I had to wait until the next day to be moved. Once moved into room, that room had a water leak in the sink. They came the following day to fix it. Same day the window would not close, I asked for tool to close and they said no maintenance guy was available. Not good service at all
