Who gets yelled at about cupcakes?? I accepted a delivery for a resident in the building I work at from Geaorgetown Cupcake. After being asked to contact the resident directly, as I cannot assure the delvery be completed, the delivery person began yelling at me in the middle of the lobby. After explaining that I could not complete the delivery for him and that I was simply trying to do my job, he continued to shout and said "you have all the information right there", pointing to the delivery sheet. He stormed out leaving me to deal with his delivery.
After this upsetting encounter, I tried to contact the recipiant. Turns out they don't even live in the building! The delivery sheet had the correct address, the rude delvery person just straight up didn't bring it to the right place.
