Review of Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge

Hello,

I would like to express the experience im having with this dealership. I have never been so dissatisfied with a dealership ever in my life. I expect more from a dealership after i have purchased 2 vehicles from u guys. This has been the worst experience ever.

It starts with the service team. My 2014 jeep Cherokee was giving me the engine light so i took the jeep in for service. They resolved the issues it seems . after me having the jeep for a couple days the light came back on . so i took it back in. They resolved the issue again. Same thing happens...the light comes back on after me having it for 2 days. So i take in the jeep for a 3rd time . this time they say they need to replace the engine. The jeep has been in service for more than a month now. They gave me a date when it will be ready but when i call they say the jeep will not be ready . my jeep is still in service till this date . and it was supposed to be ready no later than this past saturday.

Now lets talk about the sales team. A month ago we purchased a 2014 camaro . part of the deal was the dealer was going to give me 700 back in a check since they could not take in my mazda in as a trade. Ama the finanace rep was our direct contact im reagards of this . we have reached out to her serveral times for an update but she just kept saying its not ready yet. After us patiently waiting we reached out again and now we start to see we are being ignored. Through text and phone calls. So i reach out to her boss Hector vega. He explained he remembers the deal we had and told me he will reach out and get me some info on when everything will be ready. Ive been waiting for him to call back for a week now. It seems when they say they will call back, they never do.

This has to be the most unprofessional dealership ive seen. Im sure customer satisfaction has to be the #1 priority, but i was no where near satified.

At this point i will like to have a talk with the owner of this dealership. Someone has to make this right.
