After having stayed at the resort several times, each being a great and different experience my wife/ I decide to stay in the same area this fall outside of the resort this time do to our 4 legged family coming along. After having a great dining experience during one of our stays in the wine cellar for our B-days/anniversary I called to make a reservation for this trip expecting the same hospitality and over overabundance of help to create another special/memorable evening. I was connected to a reservation taker whom was both unfriendly and extremely unhelpful with working with me to make such a reservation. Eventually (30 seconds) without even allowing me to suggest other options outside of a weekend day that we would be happy with for a reservation she hung up on me. I was hoping for the same great experience as in the past but now will no longer consider or stay at this resort nor eating at its several establishments. I understand the current times have all on edge, overworked, etc.. but being in a hospitality type business I would expect better.
