Disappointing. Had a great experience first time around. Not the case upon return.

Was told about guest/drop in policy by front desk staff only to be told the exact opposite the next day by management. When I tried to explain the conversation I was rudely cut off and told I was making stuff up. Appears management and staff are not aligned on policies and customers pay the price for their inconsistencies or are told they re lying.

At a time when they could be welcoming new members and making money, it appears they d rather have bad customer service practices.
