I have never been spoken to like this on the phone...

I have never been spoken to like this on the phone. They arranged for some boxes to be dropped off. I was called last minute informing me that somebody would be looking around. I told them that my baby daughter would be asleep and that I was worried about the noise (as the bedroom is right by the door) and asked if we could move it to later.I was told no and was just talked over again and again and talked to like I have done something wrong. Then he accused me of trying to hide something by asking for a different time. Was really upset by being talked to like this and so cancelled in the end.
