Lackadasial attitude of HR dept. towrds resolving the queries related to recruitment.

Recruitmnt procedure lacks transparency or I can say it's bogus as it seems it require quite a lot references no matter how 'top notch' candidate you are. I suggest neither to squander your precious time nor to keep hopes in case you have applied for some job here without any refernces.

Here the proof I have attached of the negligence of HR dept. As a normal procedure for any recruitment process an organization shortlist the eligible candidates and call them for interview for the final selection. But MECL has directlely published the list of selected canddaites for the post procuerment and contract officer without any prior notification to public.

Later I contacted the HR dept and asked the reason for deviation from normal procedure, they carelessly stated that they personally informed the shorlisted students and interview were conducted.

At that moment I asked that being a PSU they have to publish information on public platform unlike any private company. therefore without specifying the criteria for selection of candidates they disconnected the line.

It was enough to prove that something was fishy in recruitment process. Later when they realized their mistake they uploaded the list of candidates called for interview in BACK DATE inserted the link for the same somewhere between the old notifications. Even though the chronolgical order of the notice date doesn't matches the previous uploaded notices in sequence.

So this incident confirms the bogus recruitment process and thats my story IAm sharing with you all
