After sales service is terrible. When you are fortunate enough to get to speak to an associate they are very knowledgeable but the only way to talk to someone is to go into the store. They never answer their phones. I live close to an hour each way from my nearest store. I spent 5 hours yesterday waiting to be seen with a repair. When I got talking to the person it took all of 15 minutes and they confirmed I had an issue (as if I didn't know that already) with the product. They called and emailed me back this morning with "important news about my repair and I needed to contact them ASAP". I have tried for the last 2 hours to contact them at the number provided and it keeps ringing until it boots you out after 4 minutes of waiting. Horrible after sales service. I own several different Apple products but this is changing my forward looking thought process.
