Felicity's is a friendly student union pub. Prices for beer and food are good. Service is generally quite good. The menu is pretty good if you're vegetarian. Can't vouch for the rest. Parking at U of Vic keeps getting more expensive so it negates the savings on beer and food. Can be very busy. Some nights are karaoke nights. My advice, stay home on those nights.
