I have never bothered to write a comment yet but here, with my companion, we had ordered a superb complete dining room (dining table plus 4 chairs, sideboard, living room table and TV stand) all at the beginning of May 2020 , from the start we are warned that the waiting time is a minimum of 3 months so until then no problem if it is worth the trouble we fully understand with the current conditions linked to the covid OK. By July the van is ready and my companion is going to get our furniture. Arriving at the house, furniture unloading packing obviously we realize once installed that the sideboard (buffet) is not the right color than the rest. Not living far from the store I move up to there 2 times without problem to ask ... I am sent home telling me that this model only exists in one color and that I have seen badly. store closed and I know I have the wrong one. I go back there as soon as it opens and the man with the white hair who, I think to speak like his to the customer is the boss says that indeed there is an error and we have to wait until the end of August for the factory to reopen and for us to will pass in priority thus max put September .... A little hatred but really what disgusts me it is even more this "boss" which before purchase was very nice but after hyper off. We are in October I phoned once on the 17th and this dear gentleman just hung up on me! No more news for my buffet no call nothing! Meuble Femina has always been renowned for this good for my comment because first time and last time for me. No gesture and after-sales service more than deplorable !!! Disappointed hoping to receive my chest soon because until today no news ... Too bad because the furniture that I have are really beautiful and of quality. I think this store has unfortunately taken the big head too much but shouldn't feel untouchable. I am not at all the only one in this case.
