This place has probably the worst customer service...

This place has probably the worst customer service I have experienced from any business establishment. After pulling up to the Service Area in my car, I was sadly disappointed by the neglect I received from the employees. No one bothered to approach me to get any information from me, and I saw several men in different uniforms all chatting with each other, and totally ignoring me. When I finally got out and approached the counter, the man there wasn t doing anything but standing there. Long story short, he showed me another guy behind the counter across from him, and that guy (Marvin Melara) told me they didn t service my type of car. This was totally unnecessary because I distinctly told them over the phone what type of car I have, and I was told that they do service that make/model of car. Anyway, I left feeling humiliated and bad about my visit there.
