I only take my Honda CRV to McDavid Honda of Frisco. For years I've used whichever service technician approaches me in the driveway, but now I'm always going to ask for Mike Hood. All the technicians are professional and polite, but Mike goes that extra mile and really makes you feel that you are an important customer.
