Had to send my steak back twice because it was cooked incorrectly, and our appetizers arrived after our entrees.
Rudest manager I've ever dealt with. Didn't catch her name, but she's the 350lb platinum blonde.
There are definitely better places to eat in downtown. Save yourself the headache.
