Everyone in this shop is great. They take the time to learn about you BEFORE they suggest or mention anything about your purchase. I cannot recommend them (nick and shan't) enough. I went shopping to 4 other stores before I purchased an engagement ring. There is literally no comparison between Simone and sons and the other "high rated" stores I went to. Simone and sons is in a totally different world of customer service. No sense of Them trying to upsell me and no feeling of pressure or obligation once you walk in their doors. They will spend the time to talk to you and show you everything they know and leave the purchasing decision up to you. They were also the most honest shop and over all they are genuinely nice and respectful!
