Horrible. You shouldn t yell at your potential customer on the phone. I am not familiar with buying fabrics and therefore not familiar with terms. When I was simply asking for a quote and didn t sound to understand the terms, the person on the phone (in male sounding voice) YELLED at me, repeating what he just said. Very rude. My heart is still pounding from this horrible phone call. You might need to learn to deal with customers who have varying levels of knowledge on fabrics, IN A POLITE WAY.
