Very disappointed with our solar. We were hooked up 4 weeks ago and they didn t have the inverter.(plus they failed to inform us that there was one less panel) So after chasing them for a week, they finally installed the wrong inverter, again hoping we wouldn t notice. Anyway they said that we would be hooked up to the grid and we didn t have to do anything more. This week, we contacted our energy provider and we are not hooked up as the paper work hasn t been sent in by them. Very disappointed to say the least as we have been under the impression that we were all hooked up and ready to start saving. Also the communication is really bad, you need to call several times in order to get any sort of response. So I would stay clear of this company.
