Now - a hotel stay that ruined it for us. The sleep quality was the worst since I was 19 and sleeping on a beach. Aircon at all settings was noisy as a truck, cranky windows, hunchback mattresses and sacks for pillows. Unacceptable and spoils the good service, good pool water, fun design. I'm afraid it's not aged well.

In older times : A visit to the new poolside restaurant, seeking the perfect vitello tonnato done anew; that, not bad, but it was the crab linguine that neon-lit the place. Bar willing to play costly but fun cocktail games. Moneyed clientele, and prices accordingly. Apparently buzzing and packed all year through, but quiet on our late August visit.
