Not sure what happened tonight, or what was going ...

Not sure what happened tonight, or what was going on in the kitchen. Usually when we visit, it's a great experience. Tonight, not so much. We arrived at 6:30, restaurant was not busy. We put our order in, appetizer too. 7:30 comes around, still no appetizer.Table next to us, ordered same time, and received their food, before we get our appetizer. Finally, waitress comes by we say something, then a manager, she apologized, was embarrassed by her kitchen. Finally, 8 we get out appetizer, then 8:30 3 of or 5 meal came out. 15 min later the last two came out. Then the waitress came by and stated that the manager appreciated that we stayed, and that she was taking care of our bill. I am hoping that after that night, the manager made some changes to the kitchen staff. I might revisit in the future, but definitely will call to see how the kitchen is producing. Thank you!!
