Had a very poor experience with this company. Over $3000 damage to my motor home from placing tow straps on front bumper. Very rude and ignorant on phone, would not respond to emails, would not provide insurance information, had to fight to get my tow bill refunded which I should not have paid in the first place. Now claims that the refund was to take care of the damages. Very poor way of dealing with this situation.
