Very disappointed. Guy at the front desk seemed pretty rude. I asked for a bottle of water because my room didn t have any and he basically rudely told me he s going to charge it to my room. I was also there when someone else walked up and witnessed him being rude to them also. That s not the way to treat customers. A customer is a customer. He needs training.
