called and what an aweful experience. called for a recall, used the number on the website, service phone # explained my situation and was transferred to service again, explained my situation again and was sent to parts, got frustrated and told parts to not transfer me again, had to explained my recall situation and he kinda celt bad to actually helped me on this. ill reach out to the manager when i get there for the recall about this experience. AWEFUL!
