Not only are we pleased with the easiness of scheduling an appointment with Dawson's Electric, we are also very impressed with the technician assigned to us. We purchased our home in January 2020 and have been upgrading some things here and there since it's an older home. Originally, we contacted this company so someone could help take a look at a transformer that we were having trouble with while upgrading our "plain" doorbell to a fancier one. Micah was assigned to our issue. He arrived on time and was very professional. Upon further inspection, Micah expressed that he noticed several potential safety issues that our home inspector missed before we purchased our home. Micah took the time to explain his findings and whether they were safety concerns or not, wrote a quote that listed each service/item, and put the decision in our hands on what work to be performed. We elected to have all of the safety concerns addressed and Micah worked diligently for several hours fixing each issue. Did I mention it's been pouring rain off and on all day? He was in and out of the crawl space under the house, up and down a ladder, in and out of the house to work on the side of our home... All while not tracking in debris from the outside. Once his work was complete, he vacuumed the areas inside the home, then explained everything that he had done for us today. He even told us to ask for him if we ever need any other services when upgrading some features in our home in the future. We are very pleased with Micah at Dawson's Electric and it feels good to "know a guy" if we have any electrical concerns in the future. Hands down, 5 stars for the company and especially for Micah. We will absolutely be using this company again in the future and we will definitely be recommending this company to our friends and family!
