fail to answer phone.. i have been on hold for 21 minutes, waiting for a representative, but thank you for your patience .. got a bad feeling about this company.. 24 minutes now.. and still holding, edit.. 24 minutes to answer phone.. lady that did answer was very pleasant. . Gave me answer to all questions. .very happy with her..5stars for her customer service. .
