Grand is supposed to be "Grand" right !? The Grand Hyatt has a beautiful lobby, The convention center is beautiful, The reception staff is well trained and friendly. Once you move past the reception area things become less "Grand" fast. The rooms are average and while it is very clean there is nothing that impressed me. Any floor below 7 get a lot of street noise. You probably shouldn't be paying more than $90 - $100 for a king room. The beds are probably at the point that the hotel needs to change them, or at least turn them 180 deg. I don't think your legs are supposed to be higher than your head :)
While the parking is pretty expensive $30 per day I still find it disappointing that a $18 omelet turns into $27 with a bunch of hidden fees. I would probably not return to the "Grand" Hyatt in future.
