I was in and out of there for 6 months searching for the right dog for me. I finally found and adopted her. It turned out that she was adopted and brought back to the shelter after one week of being with the adoptee for not eating. The employee thought it was me who took her, returned her, then adopted her again. She made a very rude comment as I was leaving with her. She said thank you for adopting.....again. But in a snide manner. That was my first time ever adopting and she painted a picture that simply was not true. I was expecting to feel pride in adopting an animal in need, not shame because an employee could not get her facts straight. The 6 month old girl I adopted is my world. She s the sweetest, most loving friend I could have and contrary to your employee, I wouldn t trade her for the world.
