Not a happy bunny! I received a letter from this company saying they have wrote to me a couple times and heard nothing back when this was the first letter I ve ever seen so they were obviously sending it to a different address. so what I did is replied to them by email as there was no telephone and I havent heard anything back till now and it was a lovely letter from the County court business centre saying that civil enforcement Limited is taking me to court? This is over a year and a half ago and I asked for proof and proof of signs but heard nothing back from the company which is disgusting customer service! I m hoping that something will come from this if not I will have to take matters further

Sorry it wasnt email it was letter as it was so long ago. Do you not receive letters as there is no phone numbers that we can ring for yourself
