This was my first visit to Dr. Lamoureux, as my previous dermatologist in Shrewsbury had retired without notice; from the appointment setting until I left the appointment, every touch with every employee exuded sincerity, professionalism and an atmosphere that radiated mutual respect--not the typical paean to the medical profession experienced in other practices. Dr. Lamoureux was as superb as her staff. If you want a doctor's office that treats you as the paying customer, not someone willing to wait endless minutes and be thankful for a quick chat with the doctor, I recommend Skin Dermatology as what medical practices should aspire to emulate from the reception to the exit.
