From the initial 999 call at 7-15am through to discharge at 4-30pm every member of the team were first class.
They were all efficient, polite, caring & fully professional.
Why others find it good to berate and complain I do not know.
Over the past few years we have needed to use the services at A & E at Tunbridge Wells Hospital for, for us, some very acute & worrying situations and we have received nothing but 100% first class treatment.
